VIII. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or competent authority, such provision shall be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and be enforceable.
Assignment: We have the right to assign all or part of our rights and obligations under this Agreement to our affiliates or any subsequent acquirer or successor, without obtaining your separate consent. You may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
